Same, even if we get a different manager, it won't change much. I think its mainly the players that needs changing. Hopefully this summer we can change it.

I don't get people who say "forget Mourinho, move on". He is a part of our history, and HE WAS THE ONE, WHO brough the club to his very best and won BPL after astonishing 50 years. THIS MEANS A LOT TO ALL OF US, apparently not to some of you people out there. On the other hand, when some say Drogba should leave, ppl start saying how can we say sth like that and that he is a part of our history and bla bla. If we have to forget about Mourinho, we have to forget about Drogba too cuz he is just a club legend now, not good enough to play. I say, Mourinho you are welcome back at any time, but i support AVB staying too. I just want our crysis to get fixed

    Article from the Telegraph:

Chelsea owner Abramovich may be forced to act on Andre Villas-Boas's future following Anzhi offer to Hiddink

Wealthy Russian club Anzhi Makhachkala have offered Guus Hiddink an extraordinary £8.3 million-a-year contract (net of tax) to become their new coach and want a decision this week.

If he accepts the offer it could have significant ramifications for Chelsea, who have been considering whether to replace Andre Villas-Boas.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich would want to turn to Hiddink as an interim manager until the end of the season should he decide to sack Villas-Boas, who is understood to be on the brink of losing his job after an apparent ebbing way of the faith in him to achieve a top-four finish in the Premier League.

The dilemma for Abramovich is that he does not feel he can push Hiddink, whom he hugely admires, but who also does not like to be linked to jobs when there is a manager in place.

However, neither does Abramovich want to risk losing the 65-year-old Dutchman, although he will not offer anywhere near the financial package being proposed by Anzhi and would probably only want him in a temporary role.

Hiddink is also comfortable with life in the country, having previously been in charge of the Russian national team and, as Telegraph Sport revealed before Christmas, has always been Anzhi’s first-choice as their new coach.

Abramovich is aware of the problems at Chelsea, having spent most of last week observing training and then conducting meetings with Villas-Boas and also listening to the complaints of some players over the manager’s tactics and approach.
He is understood to have lost some of the faith he had in the 34-year-old Portuguese — who was his appointment — and is concerned as to whether the manager can turn it around.
Abramovich has also been assessing what one source described as the “training ground relationships” at Chelsea, with the dynamics between Villas-Boas and his assistant manager Roberto Di Matteo and also the club’s technical director Michael Emenalo being looked at to see if they are working together correctly.
Some at Chelsea still question whether Emenalo, brought in as a scout by Avram Grant and forced upon Carlo Ancelotti as his assistant, has the necessary experience for such an important role, although he is well-liked by Abramovich.
Villas-Boas had been charged with a three-year project to create a “new Chelsea" but Abramovich will not countenance failure to qualify for the Champions League.
The Russian billionaire is also acutely aware that with the FA Cup fifth Round tie against Birmingham City on Saturday, followed by the first leg of the last 16 Champions League tie away to Napoli next Tuesday, Chelsea could quickly be out of contention for silverware this season.
The Napoli tie is uppermost in Abramovich’s thoughts given the serious threat the Italian club pose.
It had emerged earlier this week that Villas-Boas might not even survive until that match but it now seems he will remain in place.
That could be because Abramovich’s faith in him has not diminished as much as some of those close to the owner think or that, possibly, he is struggling to get his plans in place for a new manager.
Chelsea insist it is business as usual and that Villas-Boas enjoys Abramovich’s backing although the club also accepts that results have piled the pressure on the manager who needs to turn things around quickly.
Chelsea claim that the crisis enveloping Villas-Boas is not a rerun of the scenario that led to Luiz Felipe Scolari being sacked three years ago this month but there are clear parallels in where the club is at.
Hiddink would be a hugely popular appointment among some of the Chelsea squad and, like Jose Mourinho, he has kept in touch with several senior players since his successful previous spell in charge when Scolari was removed.
At the time Chelsea’s position in the top four was at risk but Hiddink guided them to third place — losing just one league match — and won the FA Cup.
His win percentage was 85 per cent, the highest of any manager under Abramovich.
Chelsea are midway through a process of rebuilding their squad but also have to be careful that they do not lose some key players with suggestions that Daniel Sturridge, who has just one year left on his contract after this season, may be unsettled.

This will give more pressure on AVB, and if this article is true then Abramovich will need to make a decision.

I got a feeling he will be sacked soon, knowing Abramovich, he doesn't have much patience.

Roman never had patience. He axes every manager once the team shoes a slightly weak performance.
